We were doing research on mindful eating, thus on mindful cooking, and found out, that often we prepare, store and eat food in objects that are produced large scale with many machines and toxins involved, but with only few people, wisdom and love. It takes two weeks to create one of this unique Donabes and it probably takes many years of gaining this ancient knowledge and training in pottery beforehand.
