MAKER
in·causa /in'kouza/ | Latin | 1. "In the cause of" is a study to find meaningfulness in profit, for mindful growth, personal, community and society. Beginning with the creation of a product line for ritual and meditation practice that touches on the ancient traditions, that are pure in essence, materials, simplicity and up-value the human hand touch. Partnering with Indigenous cause leaderships and projects developing non-profit trade posts and market placement Incausa uses social entrepreneurship to reignite indigenous heritage, uplifting cultural values and building sustainable opportunities.

Non-Profit Indigenous Outreach Program
In South America there are still hundreds of different indigenous ethnicities. Their hand work remains untouched by time and modernity. Incausa envisioned creating a model for market placement and distribution that allows them to observe the effects generated by capital to their sovereignty. Using the profits from their productions and developed logistics network, Incausa is able to act as a pro bono mediator, connecting the trade directly to the wholesale market without any share of profits. Incausas intention is to reignite indigenous heritage, uplifting cultural values and building sustainable opportunities to the artisan and retailer.

We highly respect the mission of Incausa and the design and quality of their products. This sampler is a wonderful gift, a collection of mindfully crafted and curated incense. It smells delicious. Even the Nepalese Lokta Paper, that wraps the collection is beautiful itself. There is so much dedication, wisdom and craftsmanship in these products that for us it results as a amazing example of the beauty of small-scale, handmade, mindful products.
