Humbled to offer, pure Bursera graveolens incense, from forests managed, authorized and certified by the Ministry of Agriculture and Irrigation of Peru in Piura (SERFORPiura).

The Andean indigenous Bursera graveolens tree naturally produces aromatic hypoallergenic resin that grows in concentration with age. The value of this sacred gift was clear from the first discovery of its lasting torchlight and beautiful scent. Bursera graveolens lives for 40 to 90 years; after death, the wood matures four to ten more years before it falls. Only then it's consecrated as “Sacred Wood” (Palo Santo).

in·causa /in'kouza/ | Latin | 1. "In the cause of" is a study to find meaningfulness in profit, for mindful growth, personal, community and society. Beginning with the creation of a product line for ritual and meditation practice that touches on the ancient traditions, that are pure in essence, materials, simplicity and up-value the human hand touch. Partnering with Indigenous cause leaderships and projects developing non-profit trade posts and market placement Incausa uses social entrepreneurship to reignite indigenous heritage, uplifting cultural values and building sustainable opportunities.

In South America there are still hundreds of different indigenous ethnicities. Their hand work remains untouched by time and modernity. Incausa envisioned creating a model for market placement and distribution that allows them to observe the effects generated by capital to their sovereignty.
Using the profits from their productions and developed logistics network, Incausa is able to act as a pro bono mediator, connecting the trade directly to the wholesale market without any share of profits. Incausas intention is to reignite indigenous heritage, uplifting cultural values and building sustainable opportunities to the artisan and retailer.
