THOUGHTS BEHIND THE PRODUCT
We steadily try to get away from electrical products when they are not entirely necessary. A vacuum cleaner for instance, makes a lot of noise, is unhandy, made out of plastic and only works with electricity. With time we learned to appreciate a simple broom, one that is beautiful and handy in order to swipe the floor. It can always be used and never breaks down. Even though it might take slightly longer, the experience is much more mindful. Using a broom these days always reminds us of a Japanese Monk, swiping the floor, steadily, mindfully and silently, focussing his mind on the task and smiling thoroughly.
